The Dead ‘n Ice Cream

The Dead ‘n Ice Cream

The freezing wind of change..
i was enjoying
the ice cream and the rain
all of sudden, that scream
and a sharp pain
something has broken,
over my head
before could understand it
i was drop dead..

and there i can see, lying me
untouched, unmoved..
still could feel the taste
the ice cream, that has gone waste
still lying near to me
untouched unmoved, like me
let it be a dream, i pray
heard someone calling it a perfect day

thr’z me going.. don’t know where
things were been washed away..
Haste makes waste, that’s what they say
but could still feel the taste
the ice cream, has gone without a trace

I still could hear, the haze
the frozen night and the rain,
felt the agony of my soul..
wet and shattered in the pain

I cried but no tears
I’m scared with no fear
of losing it anymore
There is no ice cream
for a dead, I’m sure.

This autumn,
leaves from the backyard tree..
once again invading me,
floating through the window,
i supposed, I had closed..
long ago..
little golden, little tame..
I’ve given them each, a name.

I had buried them
along with, those memories..
now, they have faces..
colored, defaced ‘n full of miseries.
asking me things ‘bout last fall,
Want me to answer them all..

nathless, I decided to keep quite
Even, I’ve tried to hide..
Looking for a chance to save their pride..
they’re crying out my name..
perhaps hoping, me to hear them, in pain..
but little they know..
I had built a corner, within..
where no one could ever break in

Each autumn, that corner will grow bigger..
ravaging the backyard and the tree,
to hold me up, to set me free..
protecting me from those false, deeds..
then no more open window
and then no more invading leaves..

Alive and inhaling the corner ‘n my creed,
I have chosen the solitary, hoping to flee..
Then it came, a little wide..
that voice even has broken me twice
your dead, your insane and you’re dehumanized..
like your corner, the tree is inside,

you can run but you can’t hide.

I’m mirror on the wall,
deprived of life.. with no choice.
I’m the attestation of the life within,
I’m beholder of your beauty and ‘ve praised it true.
I’m the chum of your sorrow and to make you through
I’ve witnessed, for the joy ‘n parturition of you..
lying among your playmates I’ve been watching you.
time was evaporating rapidly, nathless for you.
narrating the faces, stood besides, with no clue.
I’m mirror on the wall, and let me tell you..

The vivid of the very first tear from your heart..
I still ‘ve footprints of what was tearing you apart,
Even though have asked you nothing,
wondering if the silence was some sort of soothing
I’ve waited long to see you back,
And then ‘ve seen your ruthless face pack,
wearing, a sloth smile and the happiness that you’ve compiled..
I was no more your playmate, there was no game.
The lucidity seems, was long gone but still I was the same..
reflecting you, your true name…

Time was coiling the poise..
and i’m still the same mirror on the wall,
deprived of life.. with no choice.

If you would have waited, I could tell you how
I’ve seen the prospects of your new name,
for all those vivid, the footprints and your game
witnessing you, cumulated into several ages,
time has written me a million pages..
now I’m seeing the old faces with new name..
Some are famous but out of fame,
with all of my faded site, now I’m not all that bright..
I’m still deprived of life but I believe..
I’m here, just to conceive those life full pages,
for you to receive…

I’m the mirror on the wall,
deprived of life.. with no choice.
and let me tell you, your true name,
I’m beholder of you and your fame.
